How to write this meme
Put a specific everyday trigger on top and a shameless, over-the-top embrace of the mess on the bottom. Keep both lines short so the flames and Elmo stay readable.

Common mistakes
- Writing a calm or subtle bottom line that doesn’t match the chaos
- Overloading both regions with long sentences
- Describing Elmo instead of using him as the reaction
- Using a setup that has no emotional spike
- Forgetting contrast between “normal expectation” and “full meltdown mode”
