Two animated characters stand side-by-side indoors on a wooden floor. The left character (cowboy outfit, yellow plaid shirt, brown hat hair) has a worried, open-mouthed expression. The right character (green-and-white space suit with purple accents, “SPACE RANGER LIGHTYEAR” on the chest) smiles broadly, has one gloved hand on the cowboy’s shoulder, and raises the other hand with two fingers extended upward in a pointing gesture. A white door and a blue wall with yellow stars are visible in the background.

How to write this meme

Keep both lines extremely short and parallel. Put the exact same noun or short phrase in both regions, then simply add “everywhere” on the bottom. Let the characters’ expressions do the emotional heavy lifting.

  • Bottom text — Repeats the thing and adds “everywhere” for the punchline

Common mistakes

  • Forgetting to repeat the subject on the bottom line
  • Making the top and bottom unrelated
  • Over-explaining instead of relying on hyperbole
  • Using multiline text that crowds the faces
