Two-panel comic. Top panel shows a light blue control panel with two identical large red buttons mounted on white square plates; a white hand reaches in from the right, index finger extended and hovering near the right-hand button. Bottom panel shows a muscular man with reddish-brown hair wearing a red shirt, wiping sweat from his forehead with a white cloth while looking upward in visible distress with multiple sweat drops on his face.

How to write this meme

Make the two options feel equally strong or equally flawed so the sweating reaction makes sense; keep each button label short, concrete, and parallel in structure for maximum punch.

Caption zones

  • Left button — Labels the first of the two conflicting choices
  • Right button — Labels the second of the two conflicting choices

Example captions

  • Right button: Watch just one more episode

  • Left button: Save money like a responsible adult
  • Right button: Buy the limited-edition sneakers

Highlights the classic impulse-buy versus financial-responsibility conflict many people face.

  • Left button: Tell them how I really feel

  • Right button: Deep-clean the entire apartment instead

Perfect example of productive procrastination where both tasks feel “necessary” but one is clearly avoidance.

Common mistakes

  • Making one option obviously better so there is no real dilemma
  • Writing long sentences that overflow the buttons
  • Using unrelated or non-conflicting choices
  • Forgetting that the humor comes from the viewer recognizing the same internal fight
